sharing the bigger picture of our adoption story
Blogging this week from West Tennessee…Norah and I are taking care of Grammy & Granddaddy after Grammy’s knee surgery over the July 4th weekend. Uncle Kyle came over this evening for dinner and he used his high quality video camera phone to get this little video so that you could see Norah’s newest accomplishment.
Again, the quality is not the best but you get the idea. She’s wearing Granddaddy’s Tennessee Titans hat. She started taking steps at the beginning of July and now she’s up to probably 8-10 before dropping and crawling. She’s still such a fast crawler that she chooses that method if she needs to get somewhere in a hurry.
Our adoption story was written long ago, not by us but by our Creator. His plan to adopt us into His family through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ planted seeds in our hearts that came to life in June 2007 when we welcomed Norah into our family through a domestic adoption. Though the little details of this blog may be about our adoption story, we hope our thoughts and images might inspire you to look into the bigger picture of God's plan for your life - to adopt you into His family as one of His children.

Way To Go Norah! Such a sweet girl! What a great accomplishment. Maggie took a couple of steps in an effort to get to the computer (go figure!!!) and it just melted my heart. I know that you are so thrilled for her!
